The major goal of this leadership training program can be stated simply as, "Lead yourself; Lead others." The program follows a four-part plan: famous leaders, language of leadership, project planning and productivity, and debate and discussion. The teacher's section includes the Roets Rating Scale for Leadership, an identification instrument for ages 8-18.
