Ancient Greece!

Travel back in time to ancient Greece and hold a pentathlon, participate in a symposium with Socrates, write an epic poem, and create a Greek sculpture.  Probing questions prod children to think about slavery, language, what a hero is, and much more.  Each chapter covers a period or aspect of ancient Greek culture such as philosophy, mythology, and the dawn of the Golden Age.
